What is Product Presenter: Ongoing Seasonal Support
For Each Seasonal Release:

After the project has been defined, there are defined steps to produce your Product Presenter CD.

  • We coordinate a seasonal kick-off meeting with the project teams. Feature sets and preferences will be determined and schedules confirmed.
  • We will send you a workbook to complete, which tell us how to customize each release.
  • You provide us product graphics and data (content).
  • We process content and return to you an interactive content proofing tool.
  • You proof content and provide feedback.
  • You supply creative direction and images for packaging, intro screen, covers, dividers and marketing section.
  • We integrate content with Product Presenter application.
  • We create CD packaging, training materials and documentation.
  • We generate fully functional proof CDs containing all images and data for your review.
  • You review and approve the proof CD.
  • We replicate and deliver final CDs.

Training & Support

Oswego group will conduct training sessions and perform user reviews to ensure effective use of Product Presenter. Oswego will provide recommendations for further training or additional features as needed. Phone and email technical support is also available to your users.
